Bourne 2 Perform have entered hundreds of children since 2006 into the annual ‘Thanet Music and Drama Festival’ (www.thanetfestival.org.uk ) an event that is both sponsored and supported whole heartedly by Kim. The pupils and parents have always been most respectful and supportive of this prestigious and historic event. The various adjudicators have offered helpful and constructive feedback and ‘Bourne 2 Perform’ have continued to achieve stunning results year after year.
Every year since 2006, students have secured many 1st, 2nd and 3rd places, won trophies, cups and medals and been asked to perform at the annual gala and prize giving evening.
The confidence and discipline gained from the speech and drama festivals will stay with the children forever.
